How to correctly measure your dog's neck circumference

You need: a measuring tape & your furry friend.

To do this, your dog should stand upright with its head raised (treats help) and place the measuring tape around your dog's neck (as shown). The tape measure should be snug , but not so that it constricts the dog, but not too loose either.

Please note:

1. Please do not add anything to the neck circumference, ie do not put your fingers between the neck and the measuring tape.

2. Please do not use the information from an old/other collar , as the circumference may vary due to a different material.

3. Important in the case of made-to-measure products : We cannot take back collars that do not fit due to incorrect information, as these are specially made based on the information you have provided.
